[問題] UW-Madison Application Fee
在UW-Madison線上申請要付申請費用的時候
一直無法成功
出現了以下的訊息:
"Your credit card has been declined. If you have questions about the decline,
please call the number on the back of your credit card."
但打去信用卡公司問他們是說因為我的交易金額是0
所以無法成功扣款
可是我在付款頁面也沒有看到要手動輸入金額的地方...
而系統其實也有自己跑出來要付款的金額
不知道板上的朋友有沒有遇到過類似的問題
