My friends, Diana and Yufen, want to sublease their 2-bedroom apartment.
Please find the details as follows,
Hidden Valley Club 2 Bedroom 2 bath apartment for sublease from March 2013 to Aug 2013 at $830 per month.
Spacious apartment:
2nd floor, 916 sq ft.
Parking is free.
Market rate is $950.
Pet friendly.
Water and heat are included. Monthly fee for electricity ranges from $30 to $45.
Convenient location:
Bus No. 6 to Central campus and Kroger (10 minutes) is on the State St. and is one-minute walk away.
Bus No. 7 to Yipsi (30 minutes) is on the Eisenhower and is three-minute walk away.
Bus No. 36 to Central campus (10 minutes) and Megabus to Chicago are in UM tennis and commuter parking lot, which is 5-minute walk away.
Briarwood Mall is 10 minute walk away.
Olive Garden is right behind the apartment complex
