Highly-motivated, open-minded, willing to take challenges 2. Strong programming skills in C/C++ is required 3. Familiar with Linux (better to live with Linux as the main OS, as we all do) 4. Knowledge to GPU computing or any other HPC (high performance computing) background is a big plus 5. BS, MS or PhD degree in CS/EE major are prefered (or any major as long as you can prove youself) 6. Entrepreneurship in mind 7.
