[租屋] 2009二月~八月,大英圖書館隔壁nice flat
因為急著回台，必須在短期內找到可以頂替我的房客。以下是有關房間、Flat，以及室友
的描述：
1. Medium size room with a double bed.
2. Some furnitures and stuff included: a desk, desk chair desk lamp, sofa chair
,floor lamp, small carpet, wardrobe, and closet.
3. A nice flat just next to British Library. One kitchen, one toelit, one
shower room and a small hall way with a table and little chairs.
4. I have three flatmates: One Korean guy and Taiwanese girl both now are phD
students studying English literature. Another Taiwanese girl is applying for
economics phD programme.
5. The flat and flatmates are very nice. We are like a family who always show
our loves and caring.
6. The room is available from Feb. 1 and until the end of August
承租的條件如下:
1. Must be a current full-time student in the UK.
2. 570 pounds / month. (price is negotiable)
3. Be able to sign the contract with landlady immediately. (also need to provide a
a person who can guarantee your payments when signing the contract)
