[問題] Strathclyde 的 Con offer
申請M.Sc. Investment and Finance
7 Feb. 2014送件
10 Feb. 2014收到一封信
內容提到：
...The Decisions Committee have now made you a conditional offer. A Pdf of your
offer letter can be found on your Pegasus application which will be uploaded
by our admissions department within the next 5 working days....
目前系統上還沒有看到有上傳Offer文件
想請問大家都是先收到mail，然後過幾天才有Con. offer內容嗎？
同一天還丟了Reading, Brunel跟Essex
目前都只有收到收件通知
反而Stathclyde沒有收件通知，就直接mail剛提到的Offer通知~
