[心得] 分享Lancaster MBA面試經驗
希望對 lancaster MBA 有興趣的朋友有幫助
小弟分享近日完成的蘭卡interview
因為是第一次interview沒經驗 很害怕但強迫自己要放輕鬆
對著鏡子練習一次又一次 (從收到通知～正式面試，約7天時間)
我把所有PTT分享的考古題以及自我介紹、我的CV SOP 準備了一份講稿
(我大約準備了13個Q&A，不怕他問)
蘭卡問我的如下 21 mins 結束
1. why mba ? and why our mba ?
2. introduce yourself and your characteristic
3. how's your corrent job and what problem and achievement you met?
what's your ambition?
what's your dream?
why MBA programme can help you to reach your goal?
4. you have business creating experience, how's it working?
will that influence your day job??
(這問題比較個人，因為我有自己做小生意，總之他一定會問些個人問題)
5. why we should give you a place to study?
(這個最關鍵，務必務必想好怎麼回答!!!)
6. do you love mountain climbing?
(他們好像喜歡學生從事戶外活動)
7. Q&A any question? (一定要想幾個問題問他!!展現企圖心跟很想了解他們!)
(我主動問他一些MBA課程問題 以及 一些資格問題)
根據前人與自身經驗 他問的問題因人而異 但幾個基本的必問
尤其CV跟SOP一定會被問到他感興趣的部分
