拖到最後一天死線才完成IC的線上面試剛剛結束了面試，所以趁記憶猶新來分享一下網誌好讀版（英文）：https://reurl.cc/GVp3Y3 線上面試由第三方平台Kira負責題目都已經由學校的Senior Admin預錄好影片題目總共五題，第四題為寫作打字輸入每一題有30秒時間準備，1分鐘回答寫作則有五分鐘時間讓你打字～以下為我遇到的問題： Q1 Tell me what’s your greatest achievement? What have you learned yourself a s the result? Q2 You are leading a team which members are with different personalities and o bjectives. How will you adapt your approach to give the best out of members? ( 這邊有點記不太清楚，但大意就是問你要如何領導不同個性背景的人） Q3 Outside of the classroom, tell me about a time when you’ve accomplished a goal as part of a team. What did you learn from the experience?
