【職缺名稱】Scientist/Sr. Associate Scientist 【徵才單位】Johnson & Johnson (China) 【工作地址】Shanghai 【工作內容】 We are looking for a Scientist or Sr. Associate Scientist in the field of process development with skillsets and experience in bioreactor operation, and proteins purification, especially for mAB. The candidate will execute cell culture and purification instruments, upstream process development, purification method development and analytical characterization of purified proteins. Scope of work include, but are not limited to, cell culture and purification process development, novel technology development, technology transfer, data analysis and project reporting. The responsibilities of the candidate will include: - Evaluate/execute company’s current platforms and technologies in upstream and downstream process development. - Participate in the technology transfer of bioprocesses internally and externally. The work will involve working with commercial and clinical production facilities to ensure accurate technology transfer and successful large-scale production. - Generate, manage, interpret, and maintain critical data in a highly organized manner; write and present technical reports to management. - Lead/participate in instrument purchasing and equipment maintenance for process development labs. - Demonstrate effectiveness in collaborative projects in a matrix organization. 【徵才條件】 - PhD with 0- 3 years related experience, MS with 2- 4 years related experience or BS with more than 5 years of related experience. - Experience with developing fed-batch bioreactor processes including optimizing feeding strategies and evaluating different cell culture media and feed formulations. - Development of robust, scalable, cost effective and well-characterized processes for purification of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. - Hands-on experience in chromatography methods and purification systems. - Experience with microbial fermentation, protein refolding and purification from inclusion body is highly preferred. - Process optimization, transfer and scale-up into the cGMP manufacturing facilities is preferred. - Ability to analyze data using statistical tools and to compile technical reports. - Excellent organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks. - Diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. - Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally. -Qualified candidates must demonstrate ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. - Fluent in English and Chinese 【薪資待遇】面議【聯絡方式】Please send your CV and supporting documents to hli184@its.jnj.com before June 16, 2017. 【其他備註】 https://jobs.jnj.com/jobs?page=1&location=China Job ID: 1700157432W -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 183.193.157.94 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Bio-Job/M.1496749992.A.5AA.html
