Expertise in molecular biology and biochemistry, and interests in structure biology preferred. [Salary] USD$47,476/year We are interested in biochemical and biophysical methods, including cryo-elect ron microscopy, to study the structures and molecular mechanisms of large comp lexes, such as lncRNA molecules and transcriptional machines. Currently, we fo cus on macromolecular complexes which have great potential as cancer drug targ ets, and their dysfunction and dysregulation are involved in cancer developmen t.
