[人際] 職場上的電話禮節
因為工作上常常需要向外包廠商詢問工作進度,
可是通常一打過去就不知道該如何開口。
說"呃......請問xx工作完成了嗎?"、
"xx的進度如何?"都有一種上對下或者催促的感覺,
請問各位該怎麼說才能比較得體呢?
