有人想試試看國外的Case Study嗎?
分享兩個,大家閑著沒事可以一起討論看看 ^_^
想嘗試的請寫下兩個(或其中任一個)的SOAP,
不足處可自行想像假設編寫(通常是自己假設S or O的部分)...
參加者請用討論的語氣,切勿指導或爭執!!
當然,大家不想討論,就把這篇晾著當廢文吧 ^_^"
藥品有問題的可以查詢英文的Yahoo Drugs,
或是參考其他書籍!
不管在學在業或是高手新手,有討論有進步!

不懂的縮寫查一下Wikipedia.org 應該都可以找到!
lbs = pounds, 1 Kg = 2.2 lbs
X'Y" = X feet Y inches, 1 foot = 12 inches, 1 inch = 2.54 cm
比較口語的縮寫稍微先列一下,
NAS = No Added Salt (無鹽,不加鹽的)
MVI = 綜合維他命
min = 礦物質
Following cases are from Professor Kaiser at NYIT
1.
ML is a 79 year old female in your facility. She is 5'11" tall.
Last year at this time she weighted 141 lbs.
Currently she weights 161 lbs; in July she weighted 142 lbs;
in August she weights 160.8 lbs. She receives a NAS diet.
From her medical record, her diagnosis are as follows:
CHF, Dementia, PVD, ASHD, MVP, UTI. Her medications are as follows:
Diovan, Aricept, Lasix, Kaycel, Sinemet, Synthroid, MVI + min,
30 cc liquid protein (10 grams protein, 100 Kcal per 30cc) BID,
Xanax, Lipitor, Zoloft, Namenda.
2.
SL is a 50 year old male. He was 180 lbs in June,
he currently weights 121 lbs. He is 5'9".
His diagnosis obtained from the medical chart are as follows:
NIDDM, CHF, COPD, CVA L-hemi. His medications are as follows: Zetia,
Novolin N, Cardura, Diovan, Dilantin, Glucotrol XL, Colace.
He receives sliding scale.
