二、說明
ningli發表無關本板宗旨之廣告文，違反本板使用規範第十五條第一項第三款，
且其於一年內曾違反本板使用規範，依同法第二十條得加重處分之；
依其行徑觀之，顯不願配合本板各規範，且無正當使用本板之必要，
處長時間水桶、併科退文，應甚允當。
