[考試] 貶值/升值

問題:
If the exchange rate is 32 new Taiwan dollars (NT$) per dollar
and the central bank fixes the exchange rate at 30 NT$ per dollar
then we can conclude that the NT$ is
(a)appreciated
(b)depreciated
(c)overvalued
(d)undervalued
我的想法:
我知道兩者皆是貶值的意思
Depreciation：
浮動匯率下因市場供需而貶值。
Devaluation：
固定匯率制度之下，政府使其貶值。
老師給的定義↑
我的疑慮是卡在新台幣應該算是浮動匯率（嚴格來說是管理浮動匯率），
但這題目看來是中央銀行（central bank）強制的效果…
所以很混亂，不確定答案|||
