e) None of them.
我朋友問我這道題
很明顯答案是B，
但是他說若獨佔廠商在第一級差別取價時不是可以在|Ed|<1的地方生產嗎？
但是年代久遠所以我也忘了，我上網查好像沒有特別這相關的東西
