朋友找我幫忙翻譯一封英文的人事建議信，我當作自己的練習翻了一段，但目前還是翻譯生手，文法尚未熟練，尤其對字詞的選用感到棘手，來此求教，希望各位前輩能給我些建議，謝謝~~~ -------------------------------------------------------- 我推薦Susan為主任候選人，雖然她的年資只有3年，但聰明、積極，主動參與相關議題活動，且個性穩定，協調能力佳，可培養為優秀 leader 本課為財務與管理之控管單位，做事必須細心and公正，有些同仁在進步中，但還不是我可以放心託付的狀態。本課人員多為家庭主婦，可以給年輕人多一點責任與成長。 -----以下為我的台式英文...------------------------------- I recommend Susan as/for a candidate of supervisor. Despite her 3 years seniority, she is smart, active and participates actively in every related activities/programs/issue discussion. Besides, she is also composed and good at coordination. She has great potential as an excellent leader. This department is set to control the company’s finances and management. The members under this department should be circumspect/cautious and impartial/neutral. Although some are progressing, they have not been ready to be entrusted.
