Sent「set completed」message to Setter
發送「所有聯絡人資訊」訊息給設定者(操作者)
Sent「all contact information」message to Setter
發送「最後一筆生理參數指標」訊息給設定者(操作者)
Sent「last bio-signal index」message to Setter
