[英中] 三個中譯句子請益
對於翻好的句子內容排列組合越看越怪
想請教大家, 我的中譯可有更順的排列法?

1. (英翻中/原句): "IPA is a int'l NGO......(以下翻譯)
It is interdisciplinary and embraces in membership persons of all professions
working for or with children."
我的中譯: 作為一個跨領域的組織,IPA擁有與兒童共事或為兒童發聲的所有專業領域會員.

2. (英翻中/原句): IPA is governed by a Board of Directors and a Council of
National Representatives together with five members-at-large elected for
three years.
我的中譯: IPA是由董事會、國家代表會，以及每三年一選的五名大國成員所主導。
(註: together with 之後不太懂..這裡是指Board of Directors(A), Council of
National Representatives(B), 以及"together with..."(C)共同主導,還是只有A+B主導,
然後C是來形容B的?? //另外five members-at-large怎翻? 我是憑常識(?),感覺翻的)

3.This document amplifies Article 31 by proposing policy actions within
"the normal sectors of government".
問題: 這個 the normal sectors 可有特殊名稱? 我直翻"正常部門"看的有點怪
(google只發現這叫做" 正?扇形域(正規扇形域)", 顯然不合這裡翻譯)
