[求譯] 一段料理的話
先說 這不是我的作業或工作
只是我現在正在閱讀的一本寫料理達人的故事
有一段話是這樣的
When the fillets are done, keep them warm while you make a roux of butter

想問 文中的reduce是收汁的意思嗎???
請教一下，我有翻錯的地方嗎?
