[文法] 這是強調用法嗎?
1.When India was being run comparatively well in 2008, they seemed
to cope with these external shocks, at least from a financial perspective.
2.India's strengths are being undermined by political dysfunction.
為什麼不講 was run
are undermined 就好了?
這樣的文法用意是什麼?
