[請益] 請幫忙解釋英國客人寫來的一段話
不知道可不可以在這邊問有關商業書信的問題，

前情提要
我是生產釘子的工廠，產品是一種在頭部加上尼龍頭的釘子
最近客人開始買半成品的"純釘子"，自己在當地灌尼龍頭
前天他來信說他的買方說白色跟以前有點不一樣，但是他是按照我給的色號去生產的
所以他遇到了瓶頸，第一封來信裡寫了
You have already given me the RAL colour you make the Pins and Nails White
colour.
I am not sure whether customer are comparing our product to somebody else’s
When you mould and the Moulding Brothers mould, do they mould the same colour?
回信之後，大概是他覺得我沒回答到他的問題，第二封信就問了
I wondered whether there might be a difference in colour, when sometimes you
mould the Nails and sometimes the Moulding Bothers mould the nails?
看到這句話我完全沒有靈感，也不知道如何回覆答案
可以請大家幫個忙嗎? 謝謝
Moulding Bothers 究竟是什麼意思?我找不到適合的翻譯。 他還字首大寫~
