[文法] 連接詞前後的逗點
句一: A

請問2段句子中的or和and，
為什麼句一的or(…owner, or, in addition thereto, not…)前後都有逗點
但句二的and(…dollars, and in addition thereto, the…)卻只有前面有逗點?
逗不逗點和句子的關係為何?
