[文法] 句子中逗號的問題
In an effort to restore a balance of Republicans in government office
Jefferson started what came to be known as the "spoils system."
請問在本句中 office 跟 Jefferson 中間是否應該加上逗號，謝謝。
In effect it applied economic pressures against Britain and France, who were
at war with each other.
同樣的 effect 跟 it 是否也確少逗號，謝謝。
