[請益] 一個簡單的問題His overthrow.....
剛聽Voice of America in the news一篇文章
有句話：The unrest began a year ago after Muslim rebels ousted the president
Francois Bozize.
His overthrow and resulting violence led to a majority
Christian militia.
今天才知道原來overthrow（推翻）也可以當名詞用。
只是我不明白 his overthrow 是指總統被推翻（就是總統的被推翻）
的意思嗎？像overthrow當動詞用是推翻；打倒。
名詞的意思如我在oxford advanced learners' dictionary裡查到
the act of taking power by force from a leader or government
如果照上面的意思去看不就是總統的推翻（表示推翻這件事是總統去作的）
但上下文看的話，就不是我想的意思了。
（有上網查新聞的確是總統被驅逐）
我又陷了鑽牛角尖的黑洞中了…如果有人了解我的意思
