As the knees and elbows approach each other
you will tend to move toward lying once more on your side
這句的意思是指當膝蓋和手肘彼此靠近
還是說當膝蓋和膝蓋彼此靠近，手肘和手肘彼此靠近
我覺得是前者，不過想請教一下各位板大
畢竟意思差很多
