[請益] Frizz Factor?
看到國外的天氣預報有這種東西

想請問frizz factor是什麼意思呢？
本來看他依頭髮捲度來分，
以為跟乾燥有關(太乾->靜電->頭髮捲，我原本是這樣想啦...)
但是已經有humidity表示濕度了

自答。我後來有找到類似的解釋：
The FrizzAlert Level is based on a mathematical equation that factors in
humidity, temperature, wind and more to create an indicator of how weather
will affect hair's frizziness.
意思是會造成頭髮變捲（或說蓬亂？）的天氣因素其實有好幾個混合而成，
濕度、溫度、風速等等都有影響，
所以另外用了Frizz Facotr/Frizz Alert這類的詞去定義。
