[單字] 跌倒的差異(fall)
嗨各位
常看到 I fell on the ground.
也看到過 I fell down to the ground.
fall 和 fall down差異在哪?哪時候用哪個呢

我查到的結果 但是也覺得怪怪的.....
另外 fall over/off 差別又在哪呢?
fall也有落下之意思
其中有提到樹葉 不能用fall down
但是我google 發現 all the leaves are falling down. 一堆人在用
