[文法] need .being 跟has的用法
今天在練聽力跟閱讀時
有些三個句子不太清楚 文法盲點希望可以被解答

The library needing more books.
為何need需要加ing?
跟寫成The library needs more books. 有甚麼差異?
2.
Our work around the world has already improved many people's lives.
這句的has應該改成had吧?
因為已經改變了世界了阿
3.
It is easy to see why the Minotaur myth has a long history
of being disregarded as pure fiction.
of+ Ving 可以理解 ，
但不能直接寫history of disregardeding as pure fiction. 這樣嗎?
是為了讓disregard成為被動嗎?
