[請益] 閱讀一段句子的順序
hi，各位好。
最近在閱讀大量的英文資料，常常發生單字都看得懂，但湊在一起就看不懂的情況。想請教各位在閱讀一個句子時，閱讀的順序是?
這裡提出一個簡單的例子。
The latest version and all amendments of the referenced documents at the time
the device is released to manufacturing apply.
從頭開始看並看到尾，看不懂，但如果把句子拆成這樣
at the time the device is released to manufacturing, The latest version and all amendments of the referenced documents apply.
一目瞭然
最近有種深深的感受，看一個句子時要先從介係詞開始看(而且要從最後面的介係詞往前看)
不知道各位網友有沒有什麼好的建議呢?
