whether 的用法基本上有兩個：. 1) 是否。與 if 可相互代替使用。. 2) 無論。與or一起用。. 若中文為：她也是一個德國人？. Is she also a German?. 若中文為：“是否”她也是一個德國人？. If she is also a German?. 順便講一個題外話：
