Here are my advices.
If you are a beginner, you can try those English learning magazines first.
(like studio classroom)
Listen to them and repeat after their conversations.
By doing so, you will know how to pronounce words correctly
and how the tones should be.
If you are a more advanced learner, there are many Online radio programs
you can choose from.(BBC, NPR)
I recommend one: On the media
The articles on that site may be a little hard, but you have transcripts
to follow what they said. The narrators speak clearly. Sometimes I set my
players to repeat mode to listen this program as my lullaby at night. 时
You should read the articles and record it to check how you sound later.
It may be a little awkward to listen to yourself, but it's the easiest way
to find your own weaknesses in speaking.
After awhile, you can speak with narrator at the same time.
Also, if you have enough money and time, you can try the place like
“The Global Village”I practiced at that place long time ago.
It's not bad, if you have courage to speak in front of others.
That's what I can think of right now. Hope it helps.
