[Mind] Stand for that side immediately!
One of my friends K who has been in U.S. for three years.
When he just got here, He belive in Jesus in 3 month.
He changes all his attitudes and believe if he can for fitting in this
society. After he changed his major to mechanical, he just put the
the sentences like "WE MECHANICAL ENGINEERS ARE THE BEST."
Well, doesn't he like his major before? He told me he wanna be in
Physics at first, he said to everyone he wanna be the one of those
great physicists, and then he change to my major, EE, and speak to others:
"My dream is to build a digital camera!", After one year in EE, he jumped
to ME. I am so confused and frustrated by imaging how he feels.
Me, a person who change pretty slowly, I don't exactly hang out with
other people since I know it is boring everything here. Those people all meet
in sports field, or other places such as parties, etc. I hate those
activities. I don't know how can K enjoy those life so much. Is that
because of he changes so much?
I cannot image how will I be if I change my goal so frequently. To do so,
I must have a lot of energy to overcome my disappointment, and pretent
I like those American so much and image "American is the best!"
How tired will I be? How tired I am right now...
