I believe that many people here must have experiences of looking for a job, and must have been confused by the situation in which you are stuck with whether to remain where are you working or to take the new promising job. If you are offered a very promising and lucrative job, will you give up your present one, which you are loving to do, break all the promises you have made to your bosses, let them clean up your mess and just leave. Will you do that only because the pay is too good to turn down the offer? or will you mean your word, stick to your loyalty and stay where you are? Because it's a teaching job involved, and when it comes to teaching, it seems that you have more concerns to consider, such as the bond between you and your lovely students and the trust the boss puts in you. It's been several times that I had to part with my students though not out of my intention and willingness. Even so, i felt so sad and reluctant to let go, not to mention now I have to take initial action to leave due to the overwhelming salary. Is loyalty your main concern when considering whether to take a new job? If you are a boss, what do you think of those employees who have promised you to help prosper your busniess and fight together? Maybe i am too green in the society to see clearyly this situation. Would you guys be kind enough to give me some advice? I will be very grateful. wish everyone good luck~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.171.152.189
