When writting the traffice guide, I'm confused in describing the Highway system Can U help me check my usage? It's easy Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is located in Taoyuan County, approximately 20 kilometers, or about 30 minutes by car or bus from downtown Hsinchu. You will arrive at Terminal 2 of the airport. It is my suggestion to rent a car at the service counter in the North side of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area. A metered cab ride from the airport to campus generally costs $1700, including the tip. If you want to drive by yourself, The followings are directions: Take National Highway No.2 South to the Exit8/Airport SIC. Follow National Highway No.1 South until Exit 95B/Hsinchu IC.
