When I was young, I seldom put my attention toward reading an entire book. I usually read only the first few pages and the last few pages of the book. In this manner I would judge weather it was a good or bad book. As I grew older, I realized that this way was wrong. Nobody should judge things without first understanding them thoroughly. Now days, I try to finish reading the entire book, and then state my opinions. Trying can be for fun, but it is also a way of learning. English is a way to communicate knowledge. Without learning, you will feel bored. Without learning, just trying to repeatedly write English is not going to work. Maybe someone will object to what I say. I know for sure that I will get some experience from trying more. I never expect my English to be perfect. I just try to learn what is interesting. Even though I did not major in English when I was at school, I study it in my free time and speak it everyday. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.168.48.162
