some surveys have shown that taiwanese listening ability is at far more
distance from that of the natively-english-speaking, compared with other
categories such as reading ability.
i must say that, listening, is really a hurdle yet for me to try to figure
out to overcome.....not saying that i'm totally at a loss, just that to grasp
that skill doesn't come across that handy for me anyway what a challenge lying
over there
it's kind of weird when sometime i can naturally understand what the narrators
or actors or interlocutors are putting forth or pronouncing but another time
i would bum myself out in order just to catch the speed of the somehow
meandering string of lines
it's becoming easier and easier for me to handle the "read" part; maybe i'll
just have to urge myslef to belong in that scenario, just let uninterrupted
the endless notes, as a several units, to carry me away
