It appears that, to my understanding, your Chinese writing competence has a lot to do with your English essay, surely inclusive of your grammar comprehension. For a time, I believed as long as I read a lot of articles, my writing can be improved, as well as reading. But for now, I start to embrace the saying "practice makes perfect" -- the more essays you write, the more presentable they will be. During the process of composing an article, not only can you apply the words you have just learnt, you can also practice putting up a skeleton to your essay. You still have to keep on sharpening other skills, though. Only by writing a store of compositions can't promise you an eminent improvement. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.24.221
