Some students, here I mean not all, always think they can learn English well by themselves, and hold this attitude until someday they find out sometimes you need to see how those people outdoing you learn English. Once I was a bighead, full of myself, and always thought that I could learn by myself, without refering to others' instructions or advice. Learning English was just nothing but a matter of memorizing, rote, which sealed my learning's fate. Not until I met other learners a way better than me in language learning did I realize how, what, and where to work harder with a view to improving my performance. Still a long, long way to go... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.47.95
