[Talk] insomnia
Suffering from insomnia, I am definitely a night owl who have
to use up all my energy so as to fall asleep as soon as lying
down. It is, in fact, not healthy at all, since you don't go
to bed in normal time; instead, you drain your body of its
stamina to the last drop. Of course, there is no denying that it may
be much easier for one to get into a sound, deep dream in such
circumstance, which I have no choice but to wholly agree with.
Nevertheless, making it a habit to sleep in regular
time is still a better choice respecting one's health.
