I'm a graduate and going to get a master degree this
semester if everything goes smoothly. ( hope so ... )
My major is nuclear engineering and my thesis is mainly
focused on the modeling and simulation on the
three-dimensionalization of reactor core.
How long have you been learning English?
I was sent into Gloria English School when I was nine.
My memory told me that the first five years in GES I
just wasted my time sitting there to watch the show on
the whiteboard six hours a week. = =
However, I found myself fall in love with English in the
last three years I spent in GES. No doubt about it, up
till now I do love English.
What does English mean to you? What do you like about it?
It means a lot, it's more than a language. It bridges
connection between people.
How do I like about it? I am crazy about it.
There are many things drawing my attention in Western
culture, such as NBA games, cheese hamburgers,
street dance, graffiti... and so on. Probably that
explains why I love English.
Any tips about learning English?
Passion. Personally I think one person can't do anything
good without passion.
Any other information about yourself?
It's my plan to study abroad within 2 years. Hope I
can make some friends here to practice English, to
share each other's interesting story, or even to fight
together for the dreams we share.
