In the beginning of this disaster, American and Japanese governments all said that they could send men and essential equipment such as helicopters, food and medicine to Taiwan for assistance. Unfortunately in the first time, our government officer respond," Thinks, but no thinks." Few days later, our officers made a list to ask another countries that supporting the helicopter which could suspend 32 ton. In fact, the helicopter which could suspend 32 ton is nonexistent nowadays, it could produceing somewhere on earth in 2016. Why our officers didn't know that and just made the big joke? By the way, nowadays, the gigantic helicopter which could suspend 20 ton, the furthest suspending limit is made by Russia called Mil Mi-26, and China has two. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.67.168.237
