Do you mean study abroad for degree or just improve English?
If the former one, it depends on the preparation of English certificate you
want to have and how much time you would like to stay in a foreign country?
And of course, the economic factor is critical as well and which culture
background and environment you want to experience.
If you just want to improve your English ability, I think Australia is a
good place since it is quite close to Taiwan and the expense might be cheaper
than other countries (just my personal thought..no evidence @@)
As I remember there is part-time job in Australia, it would be a good
experience for you to encounter the western culture shock!
