Name: Steven Nickname: ManChowder Birthday: Oct. 17th, 1987 Hobbies: Movies, Chinese novels (esp. kung-fu ones), Music Occupation: (if you are a student, where/what you are studying) I'm currently a 5th year student studying medicine at Yang-Ming University near 北投. How long have you been learning English? That's a difficult question to answer. I started learning English by watching Sesame Street. But frankly, I don't find it useful at all. I didn't really learn to speak the language until I moved to Canada about 13 years ago. What does English mean to you? What do you like about it? Well, English is just a tool for me. Never liked speaking it. However, English has become quite handy now that I'm studying medicine. I enjoy speaking mandarin more though. Most of the books I read are chinese as well. Any tips about learning English? The more you speak, the better you get. It's pointless sitting in front of TV watching Studio Classroom all day if you don't speak it. Any other information about yourself? Well, since I can't make a post yet on the AllTogether board, I might as well post here. I'm not sure if this is against the rules, but since I'm posting in English, I guess it should be ok. Anyways, my buddies and I at Yang-Ming university are looking for any ladies who love hanging-out or 聯誼 in chinese. I'm 180cm, 71kg. Bloodtype O, Libra(天秤). I think I'm relatively easy on the eyes.
