What inspired me most from Monika's meeting today is running marathon is about knowing yourself , how to challenge yourself with setting a target that won't hurt yourself but being progressive each time, she helps me start to think of how to setting a challenge and goal to myself as a birthday gift to myself each year and we are our own gift while growing differently year by year ~ 2.Monica's meetings are always encouraging and inspiring to me, I also learn a new way to explore a city by jogging in the early morning with local friends, I will definitely try it next time when going abroad 3.The training steps for marathon are really helpful and it is very good to know the information of Paris Breakfast Run. I think what inspired me the most today is to hear about you set the goal, make a plan and achieve it eventually. I really like the part which you described your feeling during the marathon journey. Never give up and Achievement will come! I really enjoyed today’s meeting! Encouragement from Monika: Thank you all for attending my meeting yesterday. It's my pleasure to share my experience of running Paris Marathon, and had some discussions with the Blissers. It's no big deal to finish a marathon. Believe me, you can achieve it after training. Most important of all is that you decide to do it, and enjoy the whole process of preparation, training and race. It's never too late to start exercising. A strong body can bring you everywhere you want, and you'll be thankful for that. Look forward to sharing other exercise experience with you guys in my next meeting. Reflections: Thanks to such a healthful meeting by Monika, we Blissers always stay sound in mind and body!
