France is without doubt the world’s most famous and most complex wine growing
country. We will break down the intricacies of French wine into memorable,
bite sized chunks, explained in English and Chinese. This course is a
gastronomic tour through France’s famous and lesser-known wine regions.
No other country boasts such a culinary heritage: its wines and produce are
the envy of the world. France is one of the oldest as well as largest producers
of wine in the world, with huge regional variation to match its cuisine.
We will guide you through the wines and dishes of classic regions of Alsace,
Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Loire and Rhone. We will also introduce the
exciting and often good-value wines from the Languedoc- Roussillon, Provence
and South-West.

Event times: (Tues./ Thurs 7pm-9pm) Class begins on August 13.
Exact dates: 8/13, 8/15, 8/20, 8/22, 8/27, 8/29
Event Cost: 600 NT per class (7,200 NT total for course)

Location: Central Taipei (exact class location will be emailed after
registration)
Teacher: Foreign Teacher with expertise in French Wine, Taiwanese Teacher
(Teacher profile will be emailed to participants after registration.)
To Register: Please fill out and submit the questionnaire below. After
submitting we will email you an accupass link to make a 500 NT deposit. This
deposit is mandatory to be officially registered. Registration will be capped
at 20 students and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. After
completing the registration, someone from the LEIT team will be in contact
with you with further class details.
