no 是形容詞 直接 修飾 名詞
not 是副詞 修飾 形容詞，(形容詞再修飾 名詞)
ex. no bird
^^ ^^
adv->N
= not a bird
^^ ^ ^^
adv->adj->N
There is no bird in the tree. 樹上沒有鳥
= There is not a bird in the tree. = 樹上沒有一隻鳥
