Company : J.P Morgan Chase Bank
Position : Team assistant, Dept of Investment Bank
Working Time : 08:30 - 18:00 (OT is some times needed)
Payroll : 27 K + OT
Half-year working period guarantee.
Responsibility : 1. Assisting TW team of I-Banker in collecting
esential material.
2. Updating daily equity capital data via bloomberg.
3. Printing and binding reports and pitch books.
4. Dealing with administrative duties, including meeting
arrangement and inventory control.
5. Department phone reception.
Qualification : 1. Undergraduated, male preferred.
2. Fluent in oral and written English.
3. Financial background is a plus, but not a must.
4. Detailed and highly-motivated.
Schedule : We will interview qualified candidates after 3/29.
Decision will be made before 4/9.
On-board time will be late April.
Others : This position is not an intern or RA but a team assistant
(contractor). We need a responsible person who can help
out investment bankers.
Although we can not guarantee that the candidate will be
an IB analyst in the future, it is still a good chance to
get involved in the operation of IBD.
We encourage people who are interested in banking
industry or front office to join us. This entry level
position is especially suitable for those who are going
to study abroad, to prepare GMAT/TOEFL, to serve military
training. (You have pieces of time to study in the office.)
