【公司名稱】渣打國際商業銀行【工作職缺】 Financial Institutions Sales Support(約聘人員) 【工作內容】 Support role 1.To conduct KYC/CDD cases for all FI clients. 2.To respond to customer telephone enquiries on cash management. 3.To ensure all issues that cannot be solved immediately are handed off for resolution, and track the status back to the customer. 4.Work with internal customers from Cash Management, EB, Trade, Global Markets, Credit etc. for service requirements, enquiries, instructions. 5.Requestor of RMS or IT service (include databases under Lotus Note). 6.Handle Team member’s business assignments; assisting in planning of special events, seminars and conventions; Set up conferences and presentations for prospective and existing clients; in cooperation with internal colleagues to make assignment completed. 7.To maintain all quality standards to ensure the Standard Chartered meets customers’ total needs, and that continued effort is made to exceed customer ’s expectation.
