BNP Paribas looking for sales assistant (contractor)
Job Title: Sales Assistant (Contractor)
Qualification:
- University graduated with background in math or finance preferred
- License of local securities broker (證券商(高級)業務員) required (or ready to take exam within a month after joining date)
- Fluent English in speaking / writing and effective translation English-Chinese
- Good working attitude and a team player with pleasant personality
Scope of Work:
- Close coordination with internal units in facilitation of related sales work which is inclusive, not limited to, documentation negotiation, translation, production of product pitches and client presentation / training, logistics support etc.
- Working under Financial Institutions Group Taiwan in smooth delivery of Global Equities & Commodity Derivatives business post-sale service, e.g. market research for timely response to clients' queries and liaison with Client Services, Middle and Back Office.
- Maintaining effective dialogues externally with clients' working level of contacts and internally with all support functions
