[請益] TD 開戶問題

在TD申請開戶遇到一點問題，寄了資料過去，他回覆我：
To make sure you can start enjoying all the benefits of your new account, we'll need you to send the following missing information to help us finish youraccount opening:
---> Copy of a current passport for each account owner.
---> Bank or brokerage statement for each account owner matching the name andaddress provided on the Account Application. The statement needs to be in English characters, or we will need to receive a certified translated copy.
1. 護照影本我當時有付，但問題是出在我護照過期所以不行嗎？他說"current "passport ,所以我要特地為此去更換新護照嗎？？
2.地址證明我也是有附上，是使用中國信託外幣證明，行員說備註欄打不下那麼多字備註地址，就說用手寫英文地址加蓋章，請問這樣不行嗎？？那我該怎麼申請才能成功？
有爬文看到可以用戶籍謄本，但戶籍與居住地不同，希望可以寄到居住地，所以比較不考慮
