[問題] TD 開戶
Under penalty of perjury, I Mr xxx certify that:
1. - - is my correct taxpayer identification number.
2. I am not subject to backup withholding.
3. I am a U.S. person (including a resident alien); provided, however, if I
am a nonresident alien as disclosed in this application, I do not certify
that I am a U.S. person and I understand that I must submit a W-8BEN Form .
在填TD Ameritrade 商的表格時遇到的問題,最後列印出來的申請書第二頁，在中間的Client agreement, 有三個 box 需要申請人 check. 想請問
1.因為我沒有ITIN碼(或SSN)所以空白,我要勾選Agree?
2.不知道這是做什麼用的,懇請各位給小弟提示(一般都是勾選？？)
3.我是台灣國籍(有填寫W-8BEN表),那我應該勾選Agree or Disagree ??
